A Walking With Dinosaurs-Inspired Reading List

Walking With Dinosaurs was the best documentary of its time with many species of dinosaurs including Allosaurus, T.rex, Eoraptor, Triceratops and more. I'm not talking about the specials but, I mean just the documentary. So, here is a list of books:

Raptor Red by Robert T. Bakker
Obviously, this book goes along the Walking With Dinosaurs way. It begins with Raptor Red, a female Utahraptor who loses her mate. Then, she goes on to an adventure to find a new mate and she goes to the Pacific.

Walking with Dinosaurs: A Natural History by Tim Haines
I forgot but, if you are a WWD fan, and if you have not read this book, I highly encourage you to do so. It has chapters with the name of each episode (6 Chapters) with what was in each episode.

The Age of Reptiles series by Ricardo Delgado
This is mainly a comic book, but it has very great story telling. It also features many dinosaurs and animals that lived with them. Also, there are two short stories on the internet which are The Body and Baby Turtles.

Walking with Dinosaurs: The Evidence by Dave Martill and Darren Naish
This is another WWD book. But, this time instead of showing dinosaurs and what lived with them, this book shows the evidence to make the documentary. I think all WWD fans should read it and also dino-fans in general.

The Complete Dinosaur, 2nd Edition by Thomas R. Holtz Jr.
As I reviewed previously, this book is mainly for advanced people. But, it teaches you a lot of things.

So, there you have it! A WWD-inspired reading list.
